Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
Schwenksville, PA (September 6, 2017) – Bring the whole family to Pennypacker Mills’ All Hallow’s Eve Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm for some old-fashioned fun! Parking & admission are free. Suggested donation – $2 per person.
Highlights of activities for kids include being able to select their own pumpkin and paint it, make four fall themed crafts to take home, and everyone can shuck dried corn just like farmers did to feed their animals, shred apples and then press them to make apple cider, make colorful “tombstone” rubbings, and taking a tractor-pulled hayride through the meadow. Children can jump in the hay pile and also toss bean bags at targets, just like children did in the early 1900’s. Refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon.
