Collegeville Rotary Halloween Parade

October 25th (rain date 26th)

The Collegeville Rotary Club announced that the annual Halloween Parade will be held on Wednesday, October 25.  Rain date on October 26. Groups marching in the parade can gather at Vince Raffeo’s parking lot behind Benjamin Moore Paint, Chow Bistro & the Amerigreen gas station at 454 East Main Street in Collegeville by 6 pm. Judging will be from 6:00 pm until 6:20 pm. The parade march will begin at 6:30 pm. The parade route will turn right out of the parking lot & finish in front of My Friend’s Tavern. The parade will conclude around 7:30 pm.

Children and their families, including appropriately dressed pets are invited to march in the parade. There is no admission fee. There will be a costume contest, with prizes going to the winners in various age groups, floats, and for pets. No formal registration is required for participation in the parade.

Please do not park in the parking lot because a large number of children and their families will be assembling. There will not be enough room for people marching in the parade to gather and for parked cars. Please park for free on a side street, and in the Corson Hall lot at Ursinus College. There will be children’s crafts and activities on the Ursinus College front lawn of the Berman Art Museum at 5:30 pm.

Families, local clubs, groups, businesses and other organizations are encouraged to support the parade through participation or sponsorship. For more information, call David Kaplan at 610.323.2800.  Find Collegeville Rotary Halloween parade by Mary Cook on Facebook.
